General

Sentradesk is a complete ISP management platform built on Frappe/ERPNext. It provides RADIUS integration, automated billing, a customer self-service portal, support ticketing, and real-time network monitoring in one unified system.

The core platform is built on Frappe Framework and ERPNext which are open source. The Sentradesk-specific modules (ISP Service Account, RADIUS management, client portal) are proprietary additions developed by our team.

No. Sentradesk is designed for ISP owners and operations teams — not just developers. The UI is intuitive, and our team handles the initial setup, RADIUS integration, and training for your staff.

Billing

When a subscription period ends, Sentradesk automatically creates a Sales Invoice in ERPNext, sends a payment reminder to the customer, and updates their portal balance. If unpaid after the grace period, it can automatically suspend the RADIUS account.

We currently support bKash, Nagad, SSLCommerz, and bank transfer. Stripe and other international gateways can be added via custom integration. Contact us for specific requirements.

Yes. Customers can top up their wallet in advance. The wallet balance is automatically deducted when a new invoice is generated, reducing the need for manual payment each month.

Technical

We support FreeRADIUS 3.x, MikroTik RouterOS RADIUS, and any NAS device speaking standard RADIUS protocol. We connect via direct database access or the Frappe API bridge.

Yes. Sentradesk installs as a Frappe app alongside your existing ERPNext installation. Run `bench get-app sentradesk_core` and `bench install-app sentradesk_core` — your existing data remains untouched.

We read session data (download MB, upload MB, last login) from your RADIUS accounting tables. The portal dashboard displays this with simulated live gauges, updated every 60 seconds from the actual RADIUS data.

Security

Yes. The portal requires login via Frappe's authentication system. All pages enforce session checks — unauthenticated users are redirected to login. CSRF tokens are included in all form submissions.

All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3. Database-level encryption is available for enterprise deployments. We follow OWASP security guidelines for all web-facing pages.

Portal

Customers can: view and download invoices, make online payments, check real-time connection status and speed, view data usage, open support tickets, report payment issues, manage their profile, and switch between multiple service locations.

Yes. The portal shows your logo, brand colors, and runs on your domain. Customers see your ISP brand throughout — Sentradesk is invisible to them unless you choose otherwise.

Yes. The client portal is fully responsive and works on all screen sizes — desktop, tablet, and mobile. The sidebar collapses to a hamburger menu on smaller screens.
