These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Sentradesk ISP management platform and client portal. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for or using Sentradesk, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific features. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.
2. Description of Services
Sentradesk provides an ISP management platform including:
- Automated billing and invoice generation integrated with ERPNext
- RADIUS server integration for PPPoE session management
- A customer self-service portal for invoice viewing, payment, and support
- Real-time network monitoring and usage analytics
- Support ticket management
- Payment processing integration with third-party gateways
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4. Billing & Payments
Invoices are generated automatically based on your ISP subscription plan. Payment is due within the grace period specified in your plan. Late payments may result in service suspension. All payments are processed securely through our payment partners. We do not store card numbers or payment credentials directly.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable law
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or other user accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt platform operations, servers, or networks
- Use automated tools to scrape, extract, or harvest data from the platform
- Impersonate another person or entity
- Upload malicious code, viruses, or other harmful content
6. Data & Privacy
Your use of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, incorporated herein by reference. By using Sentradesk, you consent to our data practices as described in that policy.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, trademarks, and intellectual property related to the Sentradesk platform are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform.
8. Service Availability
We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may perform scheduled maintenance with advance notice. We are not liable for damages resulting from service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Bangladesh law, Sentradesk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your access immediately for material breach of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 90 days then deleted, subject to legal hold requirements.
11. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dhaka, Bangladesh.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms periodically. We will provide 30 days notice of material changes via email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
